KLI is known as the premiere lighting manufacturer’s representative in Hawaii since 1976.  In general, we promote our lighting manufacturers through Architects, Engineers and Designers and distribute through wholesale electrical houses.

 

KLI was originally incorporated in 1976 under the name KLOPFENSTEIN’S and operated out of a house in Hawaii Kai.  In December of 1987 we moved our operations into our present location on Nuuanu Ave in Downtown Honolulu.  In 1997 we reincorporated as KLOPFENSTEIN’S LIGHTING INC  (KLI).

Limits on track lighting can spell disaster for retail projects, as sales often depend on how well a product is displayed.

You might be familiar with LC&D’s SilverBullet panel. It’s a solution where code-mandated watts/foot calculations, such as California’s energy code Title 24, limit the length of track allowed (read more in LC&D’s brochure Energy Code Compliant Solutions).

The new SilverBullet Mini is a circuit-current limiter just like the standard SilverBullet, with up to twelve current-limiting breakers. It comes in a smaller housing (12" x 12" x 4") and is competitively priced for small-footprint projects or any application requiring just a few track circuits. The larger SilverBullet (12" x 16" x 3.5"), with up to twenty-one breakers, is more suitable for medium-to-large sized applications.
